From the onset of a new project, Senior Talent Development Partners engage in detailed learner discovery, navigate the schools, faculties, and quality assurance systems in TU Dublin, to co-create robust and creative solutions to fulfil company/sector needs.  In fact, these joint initiatives, ensure that the workforce of the Food, Pharma, and MedTech sectors remains adept at handling the latest-cutting edge technologies, regulatory requirements, and industry demands.  Most notably, the work of the Enterprise Academy also includes the development of accredited stackable postgraduate educational programmes where there was none previously provided on the Island of Ireland. 

The Food, Pharma, and MedTech sectors are highly dynamic, with rapid advancements in technology, sustainability, and regulation; and the Enterprise Academy serves as an entry point into TU Dublin to support the continued professional development and growth of these important sectors.
