Culinary Arts 

The School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology, through a number of their dedicated lecturers who are enthusiastic about Access and Outreach, have supported a number of exciting primary school initiatives including the delivery of Baking and Smoothie Science workshops. During the Baking workshop, the children get to work in one the East Quad kitchens and make novelty bread roles from scratch.
